Your First Step to Success!
Focus of this session is an extensive anamnesis as well as a consultation where we formulate your goals and dreams so that you can benefit optimally from my supervision. Additionally, we determine your current performance level and based on the results I create an individual, target-orientated workout program for you.
The duration of the trial session is 45-60 minutes.
Why am I not offering free Personal Training?
Generally, it can be said: A trial session can – but does not have to be – gratis. While the fitness industry often advertises “Free“ trials, the thought of an costless service for other branches is outlandish. Just like there is no “Test-massage” or a “free haircut”, trial sessions as carefully executed services should not be for free. After all, the trainer invests his/her working time into the trial session, gives tips, carries out a concrete anamnesis, eventually brings equipment, and spends time with preparation and postprocessing. Quite often trainers who offer free trial sessions, surcharge their emerging expenses onto later training sessions – this, however, completely goes against my philosophy. Following the saying: “Anything that costs nothing is no good”, I ask myself, how good can I actually be if I do not even want to charge my working time as an expense allowance?
