Sport has always been an integral part of my life. I have dedicated many years primarily to endurance- and strength training. In 2007, I found my way to the Muay Thai (Thaiboxing), which I still practise to this day. In 2013, I took the exam for the black master Pra Jiad (Khan Pra). Both private and in clubs, I coached and trained over the course of many years numerous athletes, coached ambitious sports people at competitions and brought athletes through highly efficient and target-oriented training to maximum capacity.
By the means of my intensive study of sports science literature, recent debates of sports-, training- and movement sciences, as well as medicine and neuro science, and the attendance of various seminars, numerous trainer schoolings, courses, workshops, and further education, I expanded my knowledge and expertise.
My main areas of focus are primarily the areas of health promotion, prevention & rehabilitation and functional (strength-) training. For me, successful training consists not only of the immediate achievement of goals, but also of healthy, sustainable and responsible exercising. In this sense, injury prevention and health promotion are always at the forefront, so that physical activity in sport and everyday life remains or becomes possible in the long term and free of symptoms. In addition, I am a specialist in functional training and a few years ago I focused on calisthenics in particular.
